Refund and Returns Policy

  • Returns:

    If an item is found damaged
    or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot and unboxing video of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at within 24 hours of product delivery.

    We will arrange an exchange for the product after a thorough investigation.

    We may choose to either replace the product or reimburse the customer. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund. The customer shall not bear any charges or fee for cancellation or refund.

  • Cancellation:

    Your order can be cancelled before the same is dispatched from our Warehouse. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “dispatched” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. We take utmost care in providing you the best products. We have complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.

  • How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?

    – You will receive a communication on whatsapp/E-mail/SMS when cancellation is successful

    – You will receive a communication on whatsapp/E-mail/SMS when refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that

  • Can I return my order?

    – Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns

    – But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order

    1. Wrong products delivered

    2. Missing products in the order

    3. Damaged products delivered

    4. Expired products delivered

  • We advise you to go through the products information and other details prior before buying. We expect our customers to portray a responsible buying behaviour. In case of a damaged packaging due to pressure on courier services or external damages, please reach out to us. We may or may not return/exchange our product as it depends upon the findings/ conclusions/ reasons to the issue generated/damage caused. We may not be directly responsible for the same. Still if genuine, we may consider your issue and resolve it at the earliest. However, it is all situational and we do not guarantee or promise returns or exchanges.
